Serving La Merenda’s seasonal, farm-to-table menu, we are known best for our family style tapas dinners and cocktail style parties.
Engine Company No. 3 is exclusively a private event venue. All private evening events are able to utilize the entire building! There are two floors included in the venue rental, plus a beautiful patio to the West that may be used as additional space for cocktails and appetizers (weather permitting). The first floor has a full bar and seating for up to 50 guests, while the second floor has a full bar and seating for up to 90 guests - for a total capacity of 140 guests indoors. Please note: our second floor is only accessible via stairs. All venue rentals include the ENTIRE space!
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, HDMI projector & screen, and wireless microphone.
