Decero Wine & Tapas Dinner

Please join us for a very special dinner featuring Finca Decero Remolinos wines!

In its short history Finca Decero has become one of the most highly praised wineries within Argentina's thriving wine industry. At 3,500 feet elevation in the sub-region of Agrelo in Mendoza, the vineyard is located at the optimal spot, perfect for producing full-bodied red wines.

 Handpicked in the vineyard and then sorted by hand an additional two times, the red wines from Finca Decero in Mendoza, Argentina have been a part of La Merenda's wine program since their first release in the United States in 2008. The Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec have been two of our best selling wines, both because of their compliment to the cuisine and the wine's incredible value. Each year Finca Decero releases minuscule amounts of their flagship wine "Amano" a Malbec and Cabernet based blend.

 We bought the entire allocation for the state of Wisconsin of Decero's "Amano"  right before the wine received a 94 point rating from the Wine Advocate! We also bought all of their Petite Verdot was available. Less than 1000 cases of each of these wines were produced for the world.

 Decero's Vice President of Sales and Marketing Stephanie Morton-Small will be presenting the wines during the dinner. She has worked at the winery daily since 2008.
